Our full policy in detail

01 | Returns & Exchange Eligibility

If you've changed your mind or need a different size, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:

✔ Unworn

✔ Unwashed

✔ In its original condition

✔ Free from make-up, deodorant marks, pet hair, stains or strong odours

✔ Returned with any original tags attached where applicable

We ask that you take reasonable care when trying items on. If an item comes back in a condition that prevents us from selling it to another customer, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

02 | Starting Your Return

Getting started is easy.

Before sending anything back simply email us first info@viva-la-vegan.com.


Please include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
• A brief explanation if there's a problem with your item

We'll reply with everything you need, including the correct return address and instructions.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as this can delay your return.

For peace of mind, we also recommend using a tracked postal service, as we're unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

03 | Return Postage

Changed your mind?

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning your item to us.

If you're exchanging for another size or colour, we'll cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you.

We've made a mistake?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you've received the wrong product, we'll put things right as quickly as possible.

We'll cover the reasonable cost of returning the item and offer whichever solution is most appropriate:

• A replacement

• An exchange

• Or a full refund

04 | Processing Your Return

Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and begin processing it.

We aim to complete most returns within 5 business days, although during busy periods or when printed-to-order replacements are required, it may take up to 15 business days.

If you're exchanging an item, delivery times will depend on the product you've selected.

Warehouse Stock

Items held in our own warehouse are usually dispatched very quickly.

Printed-to-Order Products

Some Viva La Vegan products are freshly printed after your order is placed.

If your replacement is one of these items, we'll arrange a new print with one of our trusted production partners before it's shipped directly to you.

05 | Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and approved, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Most refunds are processed promptly, but your bank or card provider may take a few additional working days before the money
appears in your account.

We'll send you an email confirmation once everything has been completed.

06 | Our Printed-to-Order Promise

One of Viva La Vegan's core values is reducing waste.

Instead of manufacturing huge amounts of stock that may never be worn, many of our products are printed especially for you after you place your order.

It means less waste, less overproduction and a smaller environmental footprint.

Some retailers class printed-to-order clothing as non-returnable.

We don't.

If you're not happy, we want the opportunity to make it right.

The only thing we ask is that returned items meet the eligibility conditions above.

If you're unsure about sizing before ordering, get in touch—we're always happy to help you choose the best fit.

reduce unnecessary transport, ackaging and waste, making it better for everyone.
